Rules

  • Registration fees and Admission fees are non- refundable.
  • Caution money will be charged from every student and the same will be refunded without interest when the student leaves school.
  • No reduction in fees is made on account of a student returning late to school or for broken periods.

Withdrawals

In case of student not returning for the new academic year notice of withdrawal must be submitted to school Head (Principal/Director) on time.

School leaving certificate (Transfer certificate) will be issued by after all the dues are cleared.

We discourage withdrawal of students once the academic year has begun.

General Rules

All correspondence to and from the school is controlled by the school heads, principal and director.

No permission to meet the students during class hours without prior permission from school office.

Parents and guardians are permitted to take their children out for the weekend only after getting proper permission from the respective hostel in-charge.

Students are not allowed to keep large sum of money, valuables and expensive gadgets mobiles are strictly forbidden

A medical Officer’s Certificate of health must be submitted with the admission form.

Any students whose application, progress or conduct is unsatisfactory may be dismissed at the discretion of the school heads and sent home with an escort at the expenses of the child’s parents.

The school takes every precaution to ensure the safety of the children. However, the school will not be liable for any damages /charges/ costs on account of accidents in school, or while on treks, hikes, excursions to other activities.

A pupil is liable to immediate removal from the school for the following reason:

  • Insubordination to any member of the school and hostel.
  • Deliberate disobedience of orders given by a member of the staff.
  • Conduct in or out of school which may be determined by the principal/director to be detrimental to the general good of the school.
  • Smoking, taking drugs, drinking alcohol (substance abuses)

All the rules and regulations that are in force from time to time are binding upon the pupils and parents. Ignorance of the current rules and regulations will be not be an excuse for lack of compliance.

Punctuality and regularity in attendance, proper uniform, earnest efforts in homework assignment and polite behavior inside and outside the school are always insisted on and in all these matters the parents full co-operation is expected at all time.

Seven five percent attendance is compulsory for promotion.
